This website, smitoperators.com, is run by Aurelian Baureder, trading as Smit Operators, Geneva, Switzerland. He is responsible for the personal data described here. For any privacy question, write to ab@smitoperators.com.

When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send: usually your name, email address and the content of your message. Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, which processes them under its own privacy policy.

If you book a call, the booking is handled by Calendly, which collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.

Our hosting providers (Lovable and Cloudflare) process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

We use your information only to reply to you, to arrange and hold calls, and, if we work together, to run the partnership. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

This site does not use advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may record basic, aggregated visit statistics. Third-party services we link to, such as Calendly, may set their own cookies when you visit them.

We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for the conversation or partnership it relates to, and longer only where the law requires it.

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. Write to ab@smitoperators.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or your local data protection authority.
